Kuwait Delivery Time and Cost: 

Orders placed before 3 PM on Sunday to Wednesday will be delivered the following business day. 

Orders placed between Wednesday 3 PM and Thursday 3 PM will be delivered the following Saturday.  Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered the following Sunday.  

Goods can be exchanged or refunded within two weeks of the purchase date. 

Items purchased from the online shop cannot be exchanged in our shop at AlOthman, they can be only exchanged with items from our website. 

Delivery charge of 2KD in Kuwait.  

Worldwide Delivery Time and Cost:

ecru ships worldwide through FedEx International Priority and International Economy.  Orders will be dispatched within the next business day.  Delivery will be between 2-5 days for International Priority and 1-2 weeks for International Economy.    

The cost of shipping will be calculated automatically at Checkout.
